ModsPalace is a curated archive that gathers community-made game modifications in one organized place. The mods themselves - including their files, images, and descriptions - remain the property of their respective authors. ModsPalace does not claim ownership of any mod hosted or linked on this site, and credits the original author wherever the author is known.

Game titles and trademarks

Assetto Corsa and Assetto Corsa EVO are trademarks of Kunos Simulazioni. BeamNG.drive is a trademark of BeamNG GmbH. Resident Evil is a trademark of CAPCOM Co., Ltd. All other game titles, names, and artwork referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. ModsPalace is a fan-run project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game developer or publisher.

Takedown requests

If you are the author of a mod (or another rights holder) and would like your work removed from ModsPalace, credited differently, or linked to your own page instead, reach out via the ModsPalace Forum - post in the community or send a direct message. The forum is a community on the dbzer0 Lemmy instance, so you will need a free Lemmy account on that instance to post or DM. Legitimate requests are honored promptly - no questions, no drama.

Note: the Lemmy instance itself (lemmy.dbzer0.com) is operated independently - ModsPalace only hosts its community there and does not run the instance.

1. Acceptance

By browsing ModsPalace or downloading anything from it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What ModsPalace is

ModsPalace collects community-made game modifications from public sources and organizes them in one place so they are easy to find and remain available if the original link disappears. Content on the site is gathered and published by the site operator; there are no user accounts and no user uploads.

3. Downloads are at your own risk

All mods are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Mods are third-party software: ModsPalace cannot guarantee that any file is free of defects or that it will work with your game version. Always back up your game files and saves before installing a mod. ModsPalace is not responsible for damage to your game installation, save files, hardware, or data.

4. Fair use of downloads

• Downloads are for personal use.
• Do not re-upload mods from this site while claiming them as your own work.
• Respect any terms the original author distributes with their mod.

5. No affiliation

ModsPalace is not affiliated with any game developer or publisher. Any game names or artwork appear only to identify which game a mod belongs to.

6. Availability

ModsPalace is a free, fan-run project. Content may be added, changed, or removed at any time, and the site may be unavailable from time to time, without notice.

7. External links

The site links to external services (the ModsPalace Forum, Ko-fi, and authors' own pages). Those services have their own terms and policies, which apply when you use them. The ModsPalace Forum is a community hosted on the dbzer0 Lemmy instance (lemmy.dbzer0.com), which is operated independently of ModsPalace.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Privacy Policy

Short version: ModsPalace collects as close to nothing as a working website can.

No accounts, no profiles

There is no registration, no login, and no user profile system. The site never asks for your name, email address, or any other personal details.

Anonymous counters

The site keeps simple, anonymous, aggregate counters: total visits and per-mod download counts. These are plain numbers - they are not linked to you, your device, or your browsing history in any way.

Local storage

Your theme preference (dark or light mode) is stored in your own browser's local storage. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Hosting

ModsPalace is served through Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site; this is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy. ModsPalace itself does not log, store, or analyze this data.

No ads, no trackers

ModsPalace runs no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no tracking scripts, and it does not sell or share any data - there is essentially nothing to sell.

External services

If you follow a link to the ModsPalace Forum (Lemmy), Ko-fi, or an author's page, those services have their own privacy policies.
